Shipping Policy​

All orders are shipped within five business days of purchase. The carrier's shipping time varies.

Returns

​

You have 14 calendar days to initiate your return of an item from the date you receive your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed (if apparel), and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

 

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a return label from The Tequila Collective, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange

 

You have 14 calendar days to initiate your exchange of an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed (if apparel) and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement item unless agreed to otherwise by The Tequila Collective.

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
